VAS Industries, as the official USA importer of Cayin Electronics and Aurum Cantus Speakers, and the manufacturer of VAS Audio, warranties all of the above equipment purchased new in this country from an authorized VAS dealer.
VAS Industries warranties new products to the original purchaser, when purchased from an authorized VAS dealer, against defects in manufacturing material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.
When VAS receives the completed warranty card and a copy of the sales receipt ( from an authorized VAS Audio Dealer ), the warranty period will be extended, both parts and labor, not including tubes, as follows:
Cayin Electronics and VAS Audio will be extended to a warranty period of 3 years total, parts and labor. Tubes will be covered for 90 days.
Aurum Cantus Speakers will be extended to a warranty period of 3 years total, parts and labor.
VAS Industries will, at no charge to the original owner, replace any defective parts and make any necessary repairs to ensure the unit?? proper performance, when it is returned to VAS, postage prepaid. All returns to VAS Ind. must have a return authorization number issued by VAS. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, or abuse, and is void if the unit has been tampered with or modified.
This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser.
